We only collect what we need to provide and improve our service:

• Contact details - your name, phone number, email address, and pickup/delivery address.
• Order details - items dropped off, services selected, special instructions, photos you share, and order history.
• Payment information - amounts paid and payment method. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Location information - the pickup and delivery addresses you provide, and (with permission) device location used to dispatch drivers more accurately.
• Device & usage data - browser type, device model, IP address, pages visited, and basic analytics collected through our website and apps.
• Communications - messages you send us via WhatsApp, in-app chat, email, or phone.

3. How we use your information

• Schedule pickups, process orders, and deliver clean garments back to you.
• Send order confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications by SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or email.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

• Improve our service quality, app reliability, and route planning.

• Our drivers and staff - the name, address, phone number, and order details needed to complete a pickup or delivery.
