Terms of Service
These are the terms that apply when you book or use Global Laundry. Please read them carefully - using our service means you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Global Laundry - through our website, mobile apps, WhatsApp, phone, or in store - you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service we provide
Global Laundry offers laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, household and specialty garment care, with pickup and delivery across Beirut & Metn. Standard turnaround is around 72 hours; express service is available on most items for an additional fee. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround can change.
3. Booking, pickup, and delivery
- You are responsible for giving us a correct address, phone number, and any access instructions.
- Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. We do our best to be on time but traffic, weather, and operational issues can cause delays.
- If no one is available to hand over or receive items at the agreed time, we may reschedule. Repeated missed pickups may incur a small redelivery fee.
- For contactless pickup or drop-off at a doorstep, you accept that items are left at your own risk once delivered.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are listed on our website, app, and printed menu. We may adjust prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
- Final pricing for some items (such as carpets, leather, and bulky items) may only be confirmed after our team inspects them.
- Payment is due on or before delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for business accounts.
- We accept cash on delivery, card, and digital payments as listed on the order page.
5. Care, risk, and item inspection
- We follow the care label on each garment. If a label is missing, unreadable, or in conflict with the fabric, we use professional judgment based on common practice.
- Please point out stains, delicate fabrics, embellishments, or special instructions when we collect the items.
- Some stains, marks, or odors cannot be fully removed. Older garments may also show wear or shrinkage from normal cleaning.
- Check pockets before sending items. We are not responsible for cash, jewelry, or other valuables left in pockets.
6. Lost or damaged items
We treat every garment with care. In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged through our fault, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Our maximum liability for any single item is limited to the lesser of (a) the documented value of the item or (b) ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that item, unless local law requires otherwise. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the original tag and proof of value where possible.
7. Unclaimed items
Items not collected or accepted for delivery within 60 days, despite our reasonable efforts to reach you, may be donated or disposed of. We will always try to contact you before this happens.
8. Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel a scheduled pickup free of charge before our driver is dispatched.
- Once cleaning has started, the order is non-refundable, but we will gladly re-clean items that did not meet our standard.
- Refunds, where due, are issued through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Prohibited items
For the safety of our team and equipment, please do not send: hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, biological waste, soiled medical items, weapons, or anything illegal under Lebanese law. We may refuse, return, or safely dispose of such items at our discretion.
10. Your account
If you create an online account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, Global Laundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, opportunity, or data) arising from the use of our service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
